To ensure your safety, we partnered with Truvi, a company specializing in verification and screening. All of Truvi's hosts (including us) undergo the same verification process, so you can have confidence that you are dealing with legitimate hosts and relax knowing you're in good hands.

Once you've made your reservation, please complete a quick verification process through Truvi. This extra step provides security and peace of mind during your stay. Look for an email or text from Truvi to help you get started!

Here's What to Expect:

Please complete these three simple steps within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. Truvi will send you a message a few minutes after you request to stay at one of our properties. The process is seamless and can be completed online:

1. ID Verification:

This step helps us keep our community safe by ensuring that the person arriving at the property matches the booking and helps us eliminate fraudulent transactions. It's quick and easy!

2. Short-Term Rental Agreement:

While house rules can be a bit tedious, they are essential for ensuring everyone has a wonderful experience. The short-term rental agreement is also signed through Truvi. No worries if you have any concerns about any part of the agreement! You have two days to cancel for a full refund (a small 3% fee will be charged to cover our credit card processing costs).

What to Do If You Need to Cancel Your Booking (and how travel insurance can help)

Life can be unpredictable, and plans can change unexpectedly due to illness, family emergencies, canceled flights, or bad weather.

While we wish we could offer refunds for booking fees under these circumstances, we cannot.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation, we're happy to assist! We'll refund your payment in full—minus a small credit card processing fee of 3% of your total—if you didn't book through Airbnb. You can expect your refund within seven days. Please review the cancellation rules in our Short-Term Rental Agreement for more details.

We also highly recommend considering travel insurance to cover unexpected costs—you never know when it might come in handy! Your peace of mind while traveling is essential to us.
